We have intensive qualified experienced crews ready to join ship (cargo, tanker, bulkcarrier, longliner, trawler, purseseiner,…etc.)
We have strict screening process in the interview to ensure the recruits would meet the standards set out by our principals. We also provide education, through which we could produce qualified seafarers for officers and ratings
on board merchant vessel as well as fishers for ocean going fishing vessel.
In the meantime, we have in our database thousands of experienced seafarers of all ranks and is updated every day.
Our seafarers in general have good knowledge of English, previous experience of working with multinational crew
and good performance recognition from their previous ship-owners.
